The weather is a little cool at World Headquarters of My-Lynx Associates, but the sun is shining, the sky is a bright Texas blue. We had our rain a few days back. When we turn on the television you can see the contrast, something like seven states have declared a state of emergency because of the snow. Flights are canceled, people are texting about there need for bread and milk. The Eastern Seaboard is basically shut down. So we will just imagine ourselves on the deck of a ship with the wind howling and the weather blowing, and recommend that you sit down, instead of taking a stress pill, take out a book and peruse the world from a different perspective. Books make the world more bearable, a better place to live. For there are times when things are quiet, the television is thankfully turned off, and yet the mind is in need of some fodder to cogitate on.
