Busy with Business, Too Busy to Blog?
That is how it seems, spend a lot of time working at a computer doing on line stuff, and then run out of energy at the end of the day when it comes time to write about what was done today. We enjoyed some rain showers coming up from the Gulf of Mexico here in Central Texas. Usually this is the blast-furnace season when the skies are blindingly blue and we feel daring going outside without a hat on.
But it was cooler and gray, the lawn out in front is growing when last year it was shriveling and turning yellow. The weather man says the first week or so of August is usually the hottest week of the year, but everyone is scratching their heads and saying that we have not hit triple digits yet. As if that were a bad thing.
The lightning was not too intense, we usually unplug the computer when things start getting too electrical outside, but our equipment survived and we worked through the sometimes intense, albeit brief periods of rain.
