August - Preparing for the Heat of Summer
Each month we update our inventory list available at My-Lynx Associates.com . It provides different web sites with information that they in turn present to their viewers. Since today is August 1st we will delete the information from last months list and move the updated information about the titles of the books we sell here. It is a lengthy list, which you are free to peruse.
People even like to leave random comments about how much they like the entry, but we believe that to be a way for them to link to their own blogs, since the same comments are repeated across websites. You are free to leave a comment, subject to approval, but we prefer that it relate to the topic at hand. Which is books and book-related topics for the most part. We talk about the weather alot here in Central Texas, so it would not take too much imagination if you were to comment about the weather in your part of the world.
We don't mind if you link back to your business or blog, just make the slight effort to leave a non-generic comment that is somehow related to the content. We have had promotional links for buying retail businesses in the Spanish Isles, English As A Second Language schools in Los Angeles, Sneakers in some far off place where English is not a primary means of communication, and even the idea of buying real estate in Central America's lush garden spots. But none of these commentators, who must enter the random code, and take a couple of minutes to visit, took the effort to even comment on the content of the blog.
Here is a list of books for sale (you can buy them with credit cards too), they are all available at My-Lynx Associates , where we have a secure link to process your orders, we even have PayPal, which we prefer for our international buyers. Most of the books are also available on our "sister" websites visible on the right, where some of the books, depending on the vagaries of that website may have the same copy available.
If you feel uncomfortable about doing business at our own precious little website and would like to join the droves of happy shoppers at the big-box sites, then we have the king of books: Amazon and even eBay (our eBay Store is hitechandantique.com ) shopping sites as well (check our customer ratings. We make a concerted effort at sparkling customer service, despite the droll and often insouciant tone of this blog). Here are the other places we sell (accessible by clicking the links on the right):

You are welcome to leave comments, but we deleted some of the others, these are not relevant to the content, and we prefer that you perhaps take a few minutes to read the blog articles. We sell mostly books on our websites, with a few compact discs and DVDs. We write about the comings and goings of our staff and friends of the business, and we are open to having people comment on the articles, just make them somehow related to the actual content.
